Exercise resistance bands come in five colour-coded resistance levels. The exercise resistance bands allows you to gently work through a program, selecting the most suitable resistance level. Band colour also becomes a visual indicator of progress, as you work your way through the different levels.
Pink is the lightest. Blue is the heaviest.
